Khepri is an ancient Egyptian deity associated with the rising sun, creation, and rebirth. He is often depicted as a man with the head of a scarab beetle. Khepri is closely linked to the sun god Ra and represents the morning sun, symbolizing the act of renewal and the eternal cycle of life.

Khepri was often depicted pushing the sun disc across the sky, representing the sun's daily journey and the continual renewal of life. The scarab beetle and Khepri's association with the sun's journey were seen as powerful metaphors for the journey of the soul in the afterlife, representing the potential for transformation and new beginnings.
